All of our Crew and Team Leads speak English, and for those on the crew who are less than fluent, we reimburse for English as a Second Language classes. In addition to the necessary crew staff, ECO-Clean assigns one crew lead (managerial level), and one team lead (supervisory level) to every home or site, regardless of size.
At ECO-Clean, we believe that if you treat your employees with respect and integrity, provide them with the means necessary to complete their task, and strive to help them meet their own personal needs, they will in turn share the same mutual attitude with each and every client.
