For Residential Clients, there is no need to schedule an in-home estimate. ECO-Clean strives to treat everyone the same. We don’t feel you should be penalized for having too much décor, or for having pets. Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the frequency of maintenance cleanings. All of our clients receiving regularly sheduled maintenance cleanings start at the same flat rate.
Residential Clients scheduling special occasion or move in/out cleaning are priced slightly higher. Any and all cleaning services have a minimum charge of $75.00.
Commercial Clients are priced per job with a submitted proposal. ECO-Clean may not be able to guarantee you the cheapest price, but we can certainly guarantee your satisfaction.
